Reach WellthReach Wellth
hey there! i’m stephanie

founder & editor, reach wellth

I started this site with the belief that your health is your greatest asset and the foundation for building a life on your own terms.

A health crisis in my 20s exposed me to a healthcare system that didn’t value preventive and holistic health—it just reacts. Fed up, I decided to take control of my own health, and that’s when everything changed.

My health issues subsided, my gut health improved, and I had more energy, sharper focus, and a better mood to show up consistently in my career and life.

Now I share how I made that shift and what actually works long-term through Reach Wellth.

When you prioritize your health, you take control of your options.

You have the energy to pursue your goals. The clarity to make good decisions. The stamina to keep going.

If you want to feel healthier, more energized, and own your life… you’re in the right place.

A FEW THINGS…

  1. Born and raised in Ohio, I currently live in Columbus with my toddler who keeps me active, and our fluffy Cockapoo, Wesley.
  2. I’m obsessed with mornings: routines, coffee, breakfast + bunch. It is my favorite part of the day when I do what I love, including working out which means you’ll rarely catch me in anything other than workout clothes. It’s also why you’ll find so many breakfast and brunch recipes here!
  3. My professional career spans nearly 20 years, during which I’ve been a graphic and web designer, digital and marketing strategist, project manager, small business operations leader, collegiate coach, and certified holistic health coach. (Yes, I’m a generalist. More on that in #5.)
  4. I’m a former “Ice Girl” for the Columbus Blue Jackets NHL hockey team who learned to skate at 29 simply because I loved hockey. I’m also a cyclist who rode a century with only 3 months of training. When I set a goal, I figure out how to make it happen. None of this would be possible without prioritizing my health first.
  5. Being a generalist who can figure out most anything is a blessing and a curse. Other than my clearly defined goals, I’ll never know what it feels like to want to be one thing and dedicate my life to it. I’ve worn many hats and embraced many identities, and I’m okay with that.
  6. Even though I’ve worn many hats, what ties it all together is this: I genuinely believe in the power of decisions to change your life. I’ve achieved goals that seemed out of reach simply by deciding, then taking tiny actionable steps toward them. It’s the framework behind everything I do and share through Reach Wellth.
The only person you are

destined to become is the person

you decide to be.

prioritizing health for success

empowering you to Live Your Best Life through intentional choices that create freedom.

I believe small, intentional decisions create lasting change.

Which means, I don’t believe in extreme diets, focusing on weight loss as the goal, rigid workout plans, or sacrificing your life for “perfect” health.

Instead, I focus on what actually works: sustainable habits, realistic nutrition, movement you enjoy, and living fully.

Everything I share comes from real experience—figuring out what works when life is busy, resources are limited, and quality of life is the end game.

How We Got Here

If you’re curious how all this started, here’s the brief timeline:

2010: The HEALTH SCARE & The quarter-life crisis

In my mid-20s, I developed a health issue that left me constantly dizzy. After months of tests, I was told “nothing was wrong.” Frustrated by the lack of real answers, I realized I had to take my health and life into my own hands. Around the same time, I started questioning what I was doing and what kind of life I actually wanted to build, sparking a growth journey to find my purpose. It was a turning point that changed everything.

2010-2014: laying the foundation

I rebuilt my health from the ground up—learned to cook, listened to my body, experimented to find what worked, and even broke a fast food addiction. In turn, my health issues faded, my gut health improved, and I had more energy and clarity than ever. For the first time, I realized I wasn’t stuck. I could lose weight, compete as an athlete, pivot my career. It was the beginning of recognizing how small choices could create real change.

2015-2019: building momentum

Prioritizing health became my baseline and the results compounded. I applied what worked to bigger goals: co-chaired a leadership conference, learned to ice skate and made the NHL Ice Crew, cycled 100 miles and raised $2,000 for cancer research, and was even recognized as one of Columbus’ Most Single & Successful. 😂 These years proved over and over that intentional choices build to create momentum and transformation.

2020: The start of reach wellth

Inspired by the power of decisions and wanting a creative outlet using my professional skills, I launched ReachWellth.com. It started as a way to share what I had learned, document the experiments that worked, and show how small, intentional choices could literally change your life. I also became a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, deepening my understanding of holistic health.

2025: GOING all in

After a few brutal years following motherhood, I made a decision: cut ties with anything that didn’t align with my wellbeing, go back to the foundation of health, and bet on myself completely. I’m now fully committed to growing Reach Wellth from a personal outlet into a real business. In just a few months, we’ve hit 5K monthly readers and we’re just getting started. My mission: to help people prioritize health as the foundation so they can feel better, think clearer, and build lives that actually work for them.

The Future: What’s next?

My vision is to grow Reach Wellth into a trusted wellness publication that empowers you to prioritize health as the foundation for freedom and success—through practical wellness, simple recipes, and systems for living well.

Hi friends! If you’re new here, I’d like to reint Hi friends! If you’re new here, I’d like to reintroduce myself. 👋🏻 I’m Stephanie, a certified holistic health coach with nearly 20 years of experience in digital marketing and business operations. As an ambitious professional, I was constantly challenged by balancing work and taking care of myself. It felt like when I focused on one, the other got pushed aside. That’s exactly why I started Reach Wellth: to help capable, busy people build a foundation of healthy habits so they can prioritize their health without making it a full-time job. Everyone deserves to feel their best. By putting your health first through infrastructure, not motivation, you increase your capacity and energy to build a life you love. Drop a comment and let me know what health challenges you struggle with and how my content can help. Cheers!
I think it’s SO hard to find pillows I actually li I think it’s SO hard to find pillows I actually like! As a side sleeper, I need something supportive enough that I don’t wake up with my neck, falling off, but still soft and comfortable enough that it doesn’t feel too firm. I’ve been testing the Dream Serenity Cool Gel Cloud cooling pillow for the last few weeks and honestly, I was impressed. It has a really nice quality feel, the piping detail makes it look more elevated, and it’s too comfortable without feeling overly stiff. I still personally prefer a little more loft, but this is definitely one of the better pillows I’ve tried. Do you have a favorite pillow? I’d love to know because apparently I’m still on the hunt! @influenster #complimentary @Dreamserenitysleep

This made it really easy to fill in the sparse area as well still looking soft and natural. For reference my shade is 3.5 – Neutral Medium Brown. 5/5! @influenster @BenefitCosmetics #complimentary #BrowTutorial #Eyebrows #EyebrowPencil
Have you tried instant coffee!? This one is super Have you tried instant coffee!? This one is super quick and easy to make, and I liked that it felt more like a café-style drink than regular coffee. The flavor was a little sweeter and more artificial vanilla-tasting than I personally prefer, but it mixed well and would probably be great for someone who likes sweet flavored coffee drinks. I’d recommend using extra hot water so it solves smoothly. It also lasts a long time so it’s nice to keep on the shelf as a backup coffee option. Let me know if you try this! @influenster @officialmaxwellhouse #complimentary #MaxwellHouse

The texture was smooth and easy to spread, and the flavor was good too. I liked that it was more peanut-forward, almost like actual roasted peanuts vs. sugary peanut butter. My toddler also enjoyed it and didn’t notice I swapped this for our usual peanut butter, which is always a win. It does contain added oil, so it’s not my first choice when I’m looking for a simple ingredient list, but overall, it was a very good convenient option. @influenster @jifbrand #complimentary #JifxInfluenster
