Build a smoothie from
what’s already in your kitchen

Most smoothie recipes call for ingredients you don’t have. This tool builds yours from what you actually have on hand — your liquid, your fruit, your add-ins.

Answer 6 quick questions and get a personalized recipe built around what’s actually in your fridge.

No special ingredients. No grocery run required.

Step 1 of 6 Your liquid base
Step 1 of 6 · Your Liquid Base
What liquid do you have on hand?
Pick one — this is the base everything builds from.
Step 2 of 6 · Your Fruit
Which fruit do you have? Pick up to 3.
Fresh or frozen both work. Type in something we missed.
🍌 Banana
🍓 Strawberries
🫐 Blueberries
🥭 Mango

🍑 Peach
🫐 Mixed berries
🍇 Raspberries
🍒 Cherries
🍎 Apple
Max 3 fruits — remove one to add another.
Step 3 of 6 · Serving Size
How many glasses are you making?
Most blends naturally yield two ~8 oz glasses. Pick what works for you.
Step 4 of 6 · Protein Base Optional

🥣 Greek yogurt
💪 Protein powder

🌿 Hemp seeds
That combo doesn’t blend well — try a different pairing.

🥬 Spinach
🌿 Chia seeds
🌾 Ground flaxseed
🍯 Honey

Inside the Celebrate Her Expo in Columbus — a wome Inside the Celebrate Her Expo in Columbus — a women’s wellness + business event bringing together founders building businesses rooted in health. Grateful I got pulled into this one. The connection between how these women are building and how they’re taking care of themselves was clear the second you walked in. Full recap on Reach Wellth ↓

Eggs are the best food group, but getting them rig Eggs are the best food group, but getting them right? That’s the challenge. I’m super picky about how my eggs are cooked. Even restaurants mess them up all the time -
- Scrambled eggs that were either dried out or undercooked
- Hard-boiled eggs with impossible-to-peel shells So I figured out foolproof methods for both:
+ Soft scrambled eggs with cottage cheese… super creamy, fully cooked (no nasty runny egg bits)
+ Instant Pot hard-boiled eggs that are cooked perfectly, and peel so easy every time Both recipes are less than 15 min total, under 10 min hands-on. If you love eggs but hate the guesswork, these will change your breakfast game. https://reachwellth.com/tag/egg-recipes/
Why we eat sauerkraut on New Year’s Day 🥬 This tr Why we eat sauerkraut on New Year’s Day 🥬 This tradition isn’t just superstition — it’s actually a smart way to start the year. Fermented foods like sauerkraut support gut health, digestion, and consistency after a season of heavy meals and late nights. It’s simple, grounding, and surprisingly practical. This post quietly picked up traction on my site yesterday, and I realized I never shared it here. Looking forward to enjoying this easy crockpot sauerkraut + kielbasa today to kick off the new year! 👉 Recipe + the gut-health why is on the site!
