Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sized apples
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 medium-sized cucumber
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch piece of ginger

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prep all the ingredients.
  • Cut the apples and lemon into pieces that fit your juicer's feed tube.
  • Run the apples, spinach, cucumber, lemon, and ginger through a juicer.
  • Stir the juice and pour into a glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can add a little bit of water to adjust the consistency of the juice to your liking. Feel free to experiment with other greens and fruits to find the flavor combination that works best for you.
