Cold Veggie Pizza
Cold veggie pizza is loaded with a creamy ranch flavor and is a delicious way to eat your vegetables as a snack or appetizer.

- 1 package crescent rolls or dough
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 package dry ranch dressing packet
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese optional
vegetables
- shredded carrots
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- red and green bell peppers
- green onion
Preheat oven according to crescent or dough package.
Lay crescent rolls or dough on a cookie sheet and bake according to package instructions until lightly browned.
Dice and cut desired vegetables.
In a medium bowl, beat or mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry ranch dressing until smooth.
All dough to cool completely.
Spread a thick layer of sauce evenly over crust.
Add chopped veggies and lightly press into sauce to set. Top with shredded carrots or cheese if desired.
Cover and refrigerate.
Cut into squares when ready to serve.
