Cold Veggie Pizza

Cold veggie pizza is loaded with a creamy ranch flavor and is a delicious way to eat your vegetables as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package crescent rolls or dough
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 package dry ranch dressing packet
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese optional

vegetables

  • shredded carrots
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • red and green bell peppers
  • green onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven according to crescent or dough package.
  • Lay crescent rolls or dough on a cookie sheet and bake according to package instructions until lightly browned.
  • Dice and cut desired vegetables.
  • In a medium bowl, beat or mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry ranch dressing until smooth.
  • All dough to cool completely.
  • Spread a thick layer of sauce evenly over crust.
  • Add chopped veggies and lightly press into sauce to set. Top with shredded carrots or cheese if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Cut into squares when ready to serve.
