This watermelon cucumber juice is a refreshing, hydrating drink made with simple ingredients. Naturally sweet from watermelon and balanced with cucumber and lime, it’s an easy way to stay hydrated and feel your best during hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed (seeds removed if needed)
  • 1 large cucumber, chopped
  • Juice of 1–2 limes
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  • Add watermelon and cucumber to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth if desired.
  • Stir in fresh lime juice.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt if using.
  • Serve over ice or chill before drinking.
