A bright and creamy sunshine smoothie made with orange, mango, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, and orange juice for an easy tropical smoothie at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • ½ to 1 cup orange juice, as needed
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

Instructions

  • Add the orange, frozen banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, Greek yogurt, milk, and ½ cup orange juice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more orange juice, a splash at a time, if needed to help the smoothie blend or thin the texture.
  • Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter. Blend again briefly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for the best thick, creamy texture.
  • Start with ½ cup orange juice and add more only as needed
  • Coconut milk gives the smoothie a more tropical flavor, but any milk works
  • or extra protein, add more Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla protein powder
