Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen organic strawberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk, almond milk, or regular milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions
