Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box white or vanilla cake mix
  • ¾ cup strawberry puree
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry puree
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 1–2 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease bundt pan.
  • Mix cake mix and strawberry powder.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour into pan and bake 35–45 minutes.
  • Cool 10–15 minutes, then invert onto plate.
  • Mix glaze ingredients until pourable.
  • Pour over cooled cake and top with strawberries.
