A simple, realistic at-home version of the Panera Green Passion Smoothie made with frozen fruit, white grape juice, and spinach. Same sweet tropical flavor, no concentrates required.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup white grape juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp passionfruit or pineapple juice
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon or lime

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Adjust consistency with more juice or ice if needed
  • Taste and adjust flavor (citrus, sweetness, etc.)
  • Serve immediately

Notes

  • Use half juice + half water for a lower sugar version
  • Add protein powder or yogurt to make it more filling
  • Frozen fruit works better than fresh for texture
