Ingredients

  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz soda water
  • Ice
  • 1 small carrot with greens (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice
  2. Pour in prosecco
  3. Add Aperol
  4. Add fresh orange juice
  5. Top with soda water
  6. Gently stir to combine
