A creamy date milk latte made without added sugar or syrups. This easy coffee upgrade uses real ingredients for a naturally sweet, balanced drink at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee or 1–2 shots espresso
  • ½–1 cup date milk
  • Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee or espresso as usual.
  2. Heat the date milk if making a hot latte (optional).
  3. Pour date milk into the coffee.
  4. Stir or froth for a creamier texture.
  5. Adjust ratio of coffee to date milk based on preference.

For An Iced Latte:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add coffee.
  3. Pour date milk over top and stir.

Notes

  • Add cinnamon and a pinch of salt for a richer flavor.
  • Use half regular milk + half date milk if you want less sweetness.
  • Works well with decaf or half-caf for a smoother experience.
