A light and refreshing cucumber mint juice made with cucumber, spinach, green apple, lemon, and fresh mint. Hydrating, cooling, and perfect for summer or post-workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 small handful fresh mint

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber, spinach, apple, lemon, and mint well
  • Trim the cucumber and cut it into pieces that fit your juicer
  • Core the green apple
  • Peel the lemon if needed
  • Run the cucumber, spinach, apple, lemon, and mint through your juicer, alternating greens with juicier ingredients
  • Stir the juice gently
  • Taste and adjust with more lemon, apple, or mint if desired
  • Serve immediately over ice, if preferred

  • Use cold cucumber for the most refreshing flavor.
