This easy Boursin bruschetta dip is a 4-ingredient appetizer made with creamy garlic herb Boursin, bruschetta, balsamic glaze, and garlic naan crackers. It’s fresh, savory, no-cook, and ready in about 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin cheese, 5.2 ounces
  • 1 container bruschetta topping or Trader Joe’s Bruschetta Sauce
  • 1–2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Garlic naan crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • Add the Boursin cheese to the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
  • Spread into an even layer using the back of a spoon or small spatula.
  • Spoon the bruschetta over the Boursin layer, draining excess liquid if needed.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
  • Serve immediately with garlic naan crackers, pita chips, crostini, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

  • For best results, use a shallow dish so every scoop gets a little Boursin, bruschetta, and balsamic.
  • If making ahead, add the balsamic glaze just before serving.
  • Drain watery bruschetta before adding it to the dip.
