Instructions
Wash and prep. Rinse everything. Cut apples and lemon into pieces that fit your juicer. No need to peel the cucumber or apples—the nutrients are in the skin.
Juice greens first. Run the spinach through, then immediately follow with cucumber. This helps push the greens through.
Add the rest. Apples, lemon, and ginger go last. The harder produce helps clear out anything stuck.
Stir and serve. Separation is normal. Drink immediately for best flavor, or store in a sealed glass jar.
