This apple carrot green juice is sweet, earthy, and balanced with apples, carrots, leafy greens, lemon, and celery. It is a beginner friendly green juice that feels more substantial than lighter cucumber-based juices.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced as needed
  • 2 medium carrots, washed and trimmed
  • 1–2 cups spinach or kale
  • ½ lemon, peeled
  • 1–2 celery stalks

Instructions

  • Wash all produce well
  • Cut the apples, carrots, celery, and lemon as needed to fit your juicer
  • Juice the celery, greens, apples, carrots, and lemon according to your juicer’s instructions
  • Stir the juice well
  • Taste and add more lemon juice if desired
  • Serve immediately, preferably over ice
  • Juice yield can vary based on produce size and juicer type – for a full 16 ounces, use larger apples and carrots, or add an extra carrot or celery stalk if needed

  • Use spinach for a milder beginner friendly green juice.
  • Use kale for a stronger, more earthy green juice.
