Notes

  • Shortcut Option (Boneless Wings)
Use pre-cooked or lightly breaded chicken pieces (like Bare chicken) and toss in the sauce after heating. This cuts total time in half and still tastes great.
  • Air Fryer Option
Cook wings at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy. Toss in sauce after cooking.
  • Make It Crispier
Pat wings completely dry before cooking and bake on a wire rack. This helps them crisp up without frying.
  • Adjust the Heat Level
Less heat: reduce hot sauce slightly
More heat: add red pepper flakes or a dash of cayenne
  • Sauce Tip (Important for Flavor)
Toss wings in sauce right after cooking so it sticks and coats evenly.
  • What to Serve With
Serve with ranch or blue cheese and simple sides like carrots, celery, or a quick salad.
  • Make Ahead Tip

You can bake the wings ahead of time and reheat, then toss in sauce just before serving.

  • Storage & Reheat
    • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days

    • Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to keep crispy
