This easy avocado toast takes less than five minutes to make, and it’s packed with fiber for a satisfying and filling breakfast or snack on the go.
1 slice whole-grain bread
½ ripe avocado
1 small Roma tomato
Pinch of chia seeds (optional)
Everything-but-the-bagel seasoning (optional)
Toast bread until lightly crisp.
Mash avocado and spread evenly on toast.
Slice tomato and layer on top.
Sprinkle with chia seeds or seasoning if desired.
