A thick, creamy chocolate-covered strawberry smoothie bowl made with chocolate almond milk, frozen strawberries, cocoa powder, and a fiber-boosting cauliflower base. Naturally sweet, high in protein, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or dessert-style snack.
Smoothie Base
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
½–1 cup frozen cauliflower (or ice)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Unsweetened coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Granola (Love Crunch Dark Chocolate & Red Berries works especially well)
Add all smoothie base ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour into a bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
Top with strawberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and granola.
Serve immediately.
Frozen cauliflower adds creaminess without changing the flavor. Ice can be used instead, but the texture will be slightly less rich.
For a thicker smoothie bowl, use less liquid and more frozen ingredients.
Sweetness can be adjusted with a date or a small drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
