A thick, creamy chocolate-covered strawberry smoothie bowl made with chocolate almond milk, frozen strawberries, cocoa powder, and a fiber-boosting cauliflower base. Naturally sweet, high in protein, and perfect for a healthy breakfast or dessert-style snack.

Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ½–1 cup frozen cauliflower (or ice)

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

Instructions

  • Add all smoothie base ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  • Blend until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

  • Pour into a bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

  • Top with strawberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and granola.

  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Frozen cauliflower adds creaminess without changing the flavor. Ice can be used instead, but the texture will be slightly less rich.

  • For a thicker smoothie bowl, use less liquid and more frozen ingredients.

  • Sweetness can be adjusted with a date or a small drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
