This Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich is made with Aldi’s Red Bag Chicken fillets. It’s a fast, budget-friendly shortcut for making fried chicken sandwiches at home. Juicy, crispy, and simple to assemble, it’s the perfect weeknight dinner or meal-prep option.

Ingredients

  • 1 Aldi Red Bag Chicken fillet
  • 1 brioche bun, toasted
  • 3–4 pickle slices
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook Red Bag Chicken fillet according to package directions (oven: 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway; air fryer: 370°F for 10–12 minutes).
  2. Toast the brioche bun during the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
  4. Add hot, crispy chicken fillet and top with pickle slices.
  5. Place the top bun on and serve immediately.
